The MSBA1500 automatic sandblaster is an automatic machine designed for the surface sandblasting of the grinding rolls used in the rollermills of the milling plants.

Description

This machine is designed for unattended use, thanks to a computer that controls all operational functions, simplifying use and ensuring a homogeneous finish.

Aluminum oxide granules are used in order to realize the blasting. These granules are thrown at high pressure on the surface of the cylinder and immediately recovered by the suction system, to be reused until they are exhausted.
