Fluting machine type MRRA 1250

This machine uses a numerical control that manages all the operational functions, simplifying its use and fluting preparation operations.

The MRRA1250 fluting machine is able to perform fluting on rollers up to a diameter of 300 mm and a length of 1250 mm, making the following machining cycles available to the operator: cylindrical grinding, convex grinding, cylindrical fluting, convex fluting, execution of lateral chamfers of the roll, removal of the existing fluting by means of a cutting tool, grinding wheel dressing.

The machine is built in compliance with the requirements necessary for INDUSTRY 4.0 certification and allows integration with the RollScan laser fluting profile detection system. The machine is equipped (on request) with a remote supervision system via both the Internet and GSM networks.
