Tubular control scales type MBTA
The single-vessel scales are used for measuring (MBTA / C for control) or for regulating (MBTA / D for regulation or dosing) of the flow rate of flowing granular products.
Description
The MBTA / C CONTROL scale allows the instantaneous flow measurement and the accounting of the total flow passed through the container.
The work cycle basically consists of 3 phases, as shown in figure 2 below: phase 1 loading, phase 2 weighing and phase 3 unloading.
The MBTA / D REGULATION scale allows the dispensing of a set flow rate and the accounting of the total flow passed through the container.
The complete weighing cycle consists of 3 phases, which follow one another until a STOP command is sent: product loading phase, product weight reading in the hopper and product unloading phase.
Communication with remote supervisor
The MBTA scale allows communication with a remote supervision system for the control and reading of machine data, allowing the possible development of a management system for flow analysis, yield calculation and storage of the totalizers.
